Are you a compassionate Healthcare Assistant looking for a role where the care you provide can genuinely change lives?
At Broadway Lodge, you’ll have the opportunity to support people through detoxification, rehabilitation and recovery in one of the UK’s longest-established specialist addiction treatment centres.
Since 1974, our multidisciplinary team has supported thousands of people recovering from alcohol, illicit drugs, prescription drugs, gambling, sex and gaming addictions as well as codependency. We are incredibly proud of the compassionate, respectful and person-centred approach that underpins everything we do.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated clinical team in Weston-super-Mare.
This is a rewarding opportunity to use your care and clinical skills in a different environment, supporting people at one of the most challenging — and potentially life-changing — times in their lives.
Why join Broadway Lodge?
We are one of the few specialist treatment centres in the UK with specialist Nurses and Healthcare Assistants on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our clinical team also includes experienced Psychiatrists and Nurse Prescribers, providing a strong multidisciplinary approach to client care.
You’ll be part of a supportive team where your contribution matters, your development is encouraged and you can build meaningful relationships with people as they work towards recovery.
We believe in providing the kind of care and support we would want for our own families—care that is compassionate, respectful, non-judgemental and focused on the individual.
Broadway Lodge is rated ‘Good’ in all areas by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
