Routes into rehabilitation

There are several different ways that you can begin your rehabilitation journey with us. If you are ever unsure or confused about how to progress feel free to get in touch with us or call us on 01934 815515.

Getting to rehab

Private clients

We often admit private clients within a week or two of application, although this can vary. Our prices are all-inclusive and payment is taken every two weeks with the first instalment due on admission.

We are also an AXA PPP Healthcare approved provider (number 10723) so if you have a private health insurance policy with AXA, the cost of treatment for you or a family member could be covered.

To make a private referral for yourself or a loved one, please call 01934 815515 or email admissions@broadwaylodge.org.uk and our friendly Admissions team will be able to send you an application form.

Social funding

Substance misuse

Local Authorities can provide funding for detoxification and/or residential rehabilitation. The process is managed by the local drug/alcohol community treatment providers.  These organisations will assess each person’s needs and then identify the treatment options available.

Local arrangements may vary by area but you can obtain details of the process from adult social services, public health departments or drug and alcohol action teams within the local authority, or the local community drug/alcohol treatment provider. For further details on how to access treatment, go to Public Health England.

Gambling

GAMCARE provides support, advice and assistance with funding for residential placements. You can speak to them on 0808 8020133 or email info@gamcare.org.uk. Their website can be accessed at www.gamcare.org.uk

Businesses

Employer support

Employers provide varying packages of support for employees struggling with addiction and mental health issues. Ask your employer’s Occupational Health or HR department to find out what support they can provide.
