Broadway Lodge are pleased to offer non-residential, confidential one to one counselling sessions for anyone who is affected by addiction and seeking support.
This service is available for individuals who are suffering from addiction themselves as well as relatives or friends who would like support to improve their wellbeing as a result of somebody close to them with an addiction.
We have many experienced counsellors who will work alongside you using various interventions and proven and established styles of therapy such as CBT, Person Centred Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to address some of the presenting issues.
Are you struggling with addiction?
We understand that it takes a lot of courage to seek help for addiction but Broadway Lodge are here to listen and guide you through your journey towards recovery. If residential treatment for addiction may not be a viable option we can support you as an outpatient through one to one counselling with one of our specialist BACP, NCS or FDAP registered or Accredited counsellors. The only requirement is that you have a desire to stop behaving in an addictive manner. We understand the difficulties of stopping and that a wealth of support will be required in order to achieve your goals.
Are you a relative or close friend and would like help for your wellbeing?
If you’re emotionally suffering due to the stress, fear and frustration caused by addiction which has gripped someone close to you then our experienced counsellors are here to support you with one to one counselling. It’s likely that the individual with the addiction has been the centre of attention for a very long time but when attending our one to one sessions, the focus is on you, not the person with addiction. We understand that everyone is unique and we will listen to you and the worries that are troubling you to help work through them so that your wellbeing improves and to help you understand how to deal with someone who has an addiction problem.
Session Duration & Location
The first session is 90 minutes and subsequent sessions thereafter are one hour in duration, carried out at our address in Weston-super-Mare.
