Private clients

If you or your friend/family member is able to self-fund treatment either directly or though a healthcare provider, please contact our admissions team on 01934 815515 or complete our enquiry form.  Lee, Heather or Vicky will explain the treatment options.

If you wish to proceed we can then complete a short application over the telephone. You will need to contact your GP to give permission for them to release to us a patient summary report.

We will review your application and contact you with details of a time and date to conduct a detailed assessment. This can be over the telephone or at our site in Weston-super-Mare. The assessment will cover any physical, psychological and emotional health needs. We need to ensure that our facilities and programme are suitable for prospective clients’ needs. Since our aim is rehabilitation, clients must be able to self care and have sufficient cognitive function to understand and engage in the programme.

Once we have completed the assessment and both parties feel that our treatment programme is suitable, we will offer an admission date. 

Social funding

If you are working with a community treatment agency, and would like to come to Broadway Lodge, please discuss this preference with your care coordinator who will make a referral on your behalf. (Please note they are not always able to accommodate preferences although patient choice should be, and often is, a key element of the referral process).
