We know that when someone has an addiction, it can be horrendous time for the individual and their family who may be stressed, worried and fearful. It is very important for relatives to look after their own wellbeing and know how to recover from the traumas of the individual’s illness.

If you feel like you need some support because a friend or relative has an addiction, join our free family programme from 11am-4.30pm (includes lunch).

The session will be delivered by one of our counsellor’s in a small group at Broadway Lodge and aims to be both educational and supportive. You’ll learn about addiction, how you can look after yourself and the opportunity to ask lots of questions.
