Private clients

If you are able to fund your relative/friend’s treatment yourself, please contact our admissions team on 01934 815515 or complete our enquiry form.  Lee, Heather or Vicky will take some details and contact your relative or friend directly to discuss our treatment programmes. Should they wish to proceed we will complete a short application over the telephone and ask them to contact their GP to give permission for them to release to us a patient summary report.

We will review your relative/friend’s application and contact them with details of a time and date to conduct a detailed assessment. This can be over the telephone or at our site in Weston-super-Mare. The assessment will cover any physical, psychological and emotional health needs. We need to ensure that our facilities and programme are suitable for prospective clients’ needs. Since our aim is rehabilitation, clients must be able to self care and have sufficient cognitive function to understand and engage in the programme.

Once we have completed the assessment and both parties feel that our treatment programme is suitable, we will offer an admission date. 

 

Social funding

If your friend or relative is working with a community treatment agency, please ask them to discuss their preference for treatment at Broadway Lodge with their care coordinator, who will make a referral on their behalf. (Please note they are not always able to accommodate preferences).
