We are currently seeking an Admissions Officer to be part of our busy admissions team. Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will work as part of the Admissions department to follow up enquiries, process referrals, schedule assessments, negotiate and agree finances, then arrange for the patient to be admitted into Broadway Lodge.
The successful applicant will have an excellent customer service manner, as well as the ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload. The nature of the work requires a sales element and requires the successful candidate to have good interpersonal skills and be able to successfully work in a team. Knowledge and experience of working in a customer service environment within an office setting is desirable.
